Questions

Does it run payroll?

No. Holiday, sickness and leaver reports download as spreadsheets (CSV files) for your payroll provider or accountant.

Can it do rotas and timesheets?

Not yet. If most of your team works shifts, it isn't the right fit today, and we'll tell you so.

Is there an app?

DigitalHope HR works in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. A mobile app is on the way.

Where is our data kept?

In your company's own database, stored in London. Bank details, National Insurance numbers and addresses are only visible to the person and HR, and they're left out of every report.

Do our staff need work email addresses?

Yes. People sign in with an email address on your company's domain, which keeps outsiders out.

Do you give employment law advice?

No. We keep your records in order; an employment adviser or solicitor gives the advice.

How hard is it to move from spreadsheets?

We load your staff list, holiday allowances and public holidays for you. Your part is a kick-off call and a 30-minute training session.
